These are the classes that Cascade Karting Association is offering for our 7th annual Betty Boop Memorial. On top of the classes listed below, we will also be running CKAs famous "Hour With No Power", and in memory of Betty Singleton our 20 Lap, 20 Dollar Powder Puff race.

We will also honor the 3+ karts makes a class, if you have 3 or more karts that do not fit into the above listed Classes
We are now using raceceivers. Allowing the race officials to talk directly to the drivers. Making lineups and restarts much smoother. Make sure and get your driver set up with a raceceiver, Thank you

CKA classes and now using transponders which also work at several other tracks. Transponders may be rented for $20 a night or purchased for $180
All #s must be on a white 8 inch square with black 6 inch numbers. Anything different must be approved by the club. Unapproved #s are suspect to not being counted during the race.

Helmets:
Full-face helmets designed for competitive motorsports use, that comply with Snell Foundation specifications M/K or SA2015. SFI 24.1, 31.1 & 41.1 or higher or equivalent are mandatory. SA rated helmets are recommended for karts with cages. Helmet must be available at tech inspection. Helmets must be secured with a strap.
A full face shield, integral with the helmet and a neck brace are mandatory.
It is the responsibility of each driver and team member to become familiar with the rules pertaining to the class or classes you are running.
CKA Memberships are now calendar year, meaning good from January 1st thru December 31st. Be sure and get your membership before you race.
You do not have to be a member in order to race with CKA. However, You will not start to accumulate points until you have a paid driver membership. Any points obtained prior to full membership are not retroactive. Full Memberships are:

CKA is now using our own set of rules. We are working on matching up our rules with other tracks in the PNW and Salem in order to make it easier for racers from other tracks to come race with us without having to change setup in order to have a legal kart.
